Welcome, my friend!

Do you want to start your week in a great headspace? Are you wanting to feel your best? Maybe you just need some 'YOU' time? Don't worry, I have you covered.

Join me every Monday morning at 6am for a gentle vinyasa yoga flow online! All levels of experience are welcome. Each morning we will flow through fun and awakening movements to get you pumped for the day and week ahead.

All you will need for the class is a mat, pillow or blanket (or both) and as always, it's great to have an open mind!

The class will start promptly at 6am, so please ensure you arrive a few minutes earlier so not to disrupt the rest of the class.

The session will be held over zoom and the connection details will be sent to you via email with your booking confirmation. If you are unable to find the email or simply want to say hello, please feel free to contact me on georgiaroseyoga@gmail.com.
