Good Morning Sunday is your 2-hour dedication to pause and nourish your body and mind.
We’ll begin with a grounding Pilates flow to wake up the body, followed by a mindfulness session with guided journaling to help clear space mentally and set your intentions. We’ll close with a calming sound bath to deeply relax and restore.
Enjoy light refreshments and leave feeling centered, and ready for your week (and month!) ahead.
