Good Mornings: breakfast talk series for the purpose-driven community [FEBRUARY]

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Good Mornings is a FREE breakfast talk series for the purpose-driven community held at the Frankston Social Enterprise Hub.

Organised by Young Folks, the event brings together folks who are passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact individually and collectively.

Each month, we invite a purpose-driven leader to share their story, spark ideas, and answer questions. The vibe is more fireside chat than keynote presentation.

This February, we'll hear from Joel Hanna the founder of Big Little Brush a Melbourne-based social enterprise that takes little things, like eco-friendly toothbrushes, and uses them to do great big things, like funding health and hygiene programs in remote Indigenous communities around Australia.

And to get your morning started right, our friends at Commonfolk Coffee are supplying 100% ethically sourced coffee made with a batch brewer (big ass filter coffee). It'll be served black as standard. BYO reusable cups. And chip in to The Cup That Counts.

Event format:

  • 8am: Arrive, grab a coffee, chat and connect
  • 8:15am: Grab your seats, we're about to start
  • 8:20am: Acknowledgement of Country, welcome and introductions
  • 8:30am: Talk begins
  • 8:50am: Q&A
  • 9am: Talk concludes, mingle and head off feeling inspired!

Plus, if you're up for it, you can stick around for FREE co-working at the Frankston Social Enterprise Hub and spend the day working alongside other purpose-driven folk.

Tickets are free.
