Good Mornings Challenge Series
Welcome to the Good Mornings 8-week Challenge Series... we are so excited to be hosting three wellness events over the next three months, at Bowl and Arrow Orakei, to keep everyone who is taking part in our challenge motivated, on track and inspired throughout!
Don't worry, you don't have to be taking part in the challenge to attend this event, but we strongly encourage you to join us! The challenge begins on the 18th September, and is all about keeping yourself accountable for the changes that YOU would like to make throughout these final months of 2024. Whether thats drinking more water, getting in more steps, eating more protein, we will be here every step of the way to make it motivating, fun and achievable - all with the help of Good Mornings of course.
Each week will be themed to help you with specific tips and tricks, recipes, helpful insights and discounts so the wellness events will be aligned with these. See details of each event below and sign up to one, two or all three - there will be breakfast included with your ticket, as well as discounts, spot prizes and samples too!
Sat 16th Sept - MAT PILATES - 7.15am
Anne from Core Balance will be taking us through a toning mat pilates session to celebrate the beginning of the 8 week challenge and get everyone fired up, feeling strong, fit and motivated ready to begin on Monday. Choose your smoothie/bowl/oats of choice to enjoy after the class, and get ready for some great spot prizes and discounts to be dished out too!
Sun 15nd Oct - DYNAMIC YOGA - 7.15am
Sandey from Basecamp Yoga will be joining us for our mindfulness week, taking us through a dynamic yoga flow with a strong emphasis on breath work to guide us through the middle of the challenge when motivation and willpower are feeling low - to bring us back to the basics and concentrate on self-love, energy, and grounding practices. Choose your smoothie/bowl to enjoy afterwards.
Sun 19th Nov - MAT PILATES - 7.15am
Another burner session with Anne from Core Balance to finish up the challenge and celebrate the amazing work we have all achieved! This will be a strong and sweaty challenging pilates class, finish with breakfast of course, and some spot prizes for those who have completed the challenge and smashed their goals?
For all classes:
Please BYO yoga mat for all classes, we will have a couple of mats available as spares, but please don't rely on this! First come, first served. Make sure you choose your preferred smoothie/bowl for breakfast afterwards in the questions after checkout. Each class will be 45 minutes long.
