Hi, I’m Ju Balog! Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, I’ve been living in Sydney for 14 years. I’m a nature lover, beach enthusiast, runner, dreamer, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Energy Healer (Deeksha, Reiki, ThetaHealing). I also believe that life is a precious gift meant to be embraced fully.

After a personal journey of self-discovery, I decided it was time to step into my true self. That’s why I’ve returned to my calling and created this online 30-minute yoga class every Monday designed for stretching, relaxation, and peace of mind. It’s perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

This class is your chance to align your body, mind, and soul while winding down for the evening and preparing for the week ahead. At the end of the session, I’ll share a Deeksha blessing—an energy healing practice that connects your mind and heart.
