At Goodlife Wynnum we're celebrating the 100th release of BODYCOMBAT with an epic sunset event for you and your guests. Join us at Wynnum Plaza on Saturday 12 October for a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout led by our talented instructors.

For over 25 years, BODYCOMBAT has trained our whole body to get us fit, fast and strong. Authenticity and empowerment are the at the heart of this iconic program and it's not another fitness fad or passing trend. As the world’s leading martial arts group workout, this is a fan favorite, a global sensation.

BODYCOMBAT 100 is a milestone. But it’s also a mentality. That's why in recognition of World Mental Health Day (and month) we're inviting you to help us raise funds for Beyond Blue. All proceeds from this event are gifted to support Beyond Blue's work in and for our community and if you'd like to donate further, you can do so here: https://bit.ly/beyondbluegoodlifehc.

With places limited for this #communityclass, secure your ticket now and #staywiththefight here.

Together, let's #KEEPIT100.
