    Event description

The Good Sports Team is hosting an exclusive workshop for coaches, welfare officers, parents, and anyone who works with juniors in a mentoring capacity.

We’ll discuss how the Good Sports Program supports clubs to provide a safe and healthy environment for junior members by addressing topics like alcohol and drugs and promoting mental health.

Guest speakers Dave Reynolds (Drug Education Network) and Inspector Jim Semmons (Tasmanian Police, Glenorchy Division) will be joining to share their expertise and insights, followed by a question and answer session to wrap up the evening.  Attendees are welcome to email their questions about alcohol, drugs, mental health, and young people to the Good Sports Team in advance to grantstas@adf.org.au

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with other local Good Sports clubs, ask your burning questions, and gain valuable knowledge to create a welcoming and family friendly environment.
