Welcome to GoodVibe Day, a 'mini wellness festival' offering you the opportunity to engage in sound, breath and embodiment practices, leaving you rejuvenated, relaxed, and connected to your body. The GoodVibe community will gather at The Revillaging Project (182 Browns Rd, Boneo VIC 3939) on Saturday, April 15th, 2023 from 4-8pm, starting with an Opening Circle + Acknowledgement of Country to set the intention for the day and pay respect to the traditional custodians of the land.

After, you have the freedom to choose the journey you would like to go on, including breathwork, yin yoga, ecstatic dance, meditation and a sound immersion surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Mornington Peninsula.

Flow 1 includes starting with Breathwork, where you will use the power of the breath to shift energy and experience a wide range of feelings from release to deep relaxation. This will be followed by Yin Yoga, where you will release tension in your body through slow, rejuvinating stretching and mindful movement. Next, you will be able to express yourself freely through Ecstatic Dance. Finally, you will end with a Sound Immersion, a meditative experience where you will be bathed in sound vibrations from various instruments, including guitar, crystal bowls, handpan, drums and the voice.

Flow 2 starts with Ecstatic Dance, a dynamic movement practice that invites you to express yourself, play and release physical and emotional tension. This will be followed by a Sound Immersion, where you can experience a meditative journey through sound- like a massage on a cellular level. Next, you will experience deep relaxation, reathwork. Finally, you will end your journey with Yin Yoga, where you will experience deep stretching, mindfulness, and relaxation.

Throughout the day, we will offer Ayurvedic Snacks and Chai, made with natural ingredients that are good for the body and mind. This will provide nourishment and energy for participants to continue to engage in the sessions. You may also enjoy the quiet surrender of group meditation ocurring twice throughout the day.

To conclude the experience, we will gather around the campfire and enjoy live music by a local folk artist who will serenade us as we reflect on the day, share stories, and connect with others in a relaxed and informal setting.
