This session is the second instalment of the Google Analytics workshop series. In this session, we will review and analyse the data collected by your Analytics account over the three weeks since the initial workshop.
Participants who were unable to attend the first workshop are also welcome to join, provided they have an active Analytics account that has been running for at least two weeks.
In this practical session, we will start with installing several tools to measure the number of conversions on your website, as well as to track the volume of sales generated from each platform that directs traffic to your site; showing you which platform generates more clients for your business.
Main Topics Covered
We will have a look at the following data in your Analytics account:
- Which platform brought you more active website visitors.
- Where do these visitors live (Local, Australia, overseas)?
- On what type of screen do they visit your website.
- Which one of your pages attracts more people to the website.
- Where do people Exit the website; and, is that a problem?
Suitable for: Small business owners who have installed Google Analytics and would like to learn how to read and use the data.
Note: Maximum of 2 bookings per business.
