Join a behind-the-scenes tour at the Goterra Barangaroo facility where you'll see a world-first project using AI, robotics and insect larvae to process food waste.

Hidden in the basement of the Lendlease building, Goterra’s unit processes a high volume of commercial and retail food waste at Barangaroo using black soldier fly larvae. The waste is converted into high-quality insect protein and soil conditioner in a silent unit.

Tour details:

There will be two tour times where Goterra will take two small groups: 5:15PM and 6:15PM
Attendees to meet outside Winghaus Barangaroo bar and be taken on a 40 minute tour to the Goterra facility
The tour will end back at Winghaus with time for 15 mins of questions before the next tour starts
Attendees are welcome to stay at the bar afterwards to connect with other attendees (drinks to be purchased separately)
