House of Strange presents: Goth Yoga 🖤

Join us for our first Goth yoga class, led by @see.with.yoga - where mindful movement meets moody, alternative music.

Guided by Chenay, a passionate teacher dedicated to making yoga accessible to all kinds of humans, this class is all about reconnecting with your body in a way that feels fun, intentional and inclusive.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, all levels and all bodies are welcome in this safe, non judgemental space.

Goth make up encouraged (but not required) - come as your authentic self.

Move slow. Breathe deep. Embrace the dark 🖤

After class stay to connect over tea and cookies 🍪
