Join Girls on the Run of Montgomery County’s Advisory Council & Orangetheory Fitness for the first class of our Summer Sweat Series. Let's sweat for a great cause! Orangetheory is a full body group fitness workout that is focused on heart rate-based training and backed by science to supercharge the metabolism for better results.

The Summer Sweat Series is open to everyone age 18 and older. We welcome both beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts.

Please consider making a donation as well! Approximately 30% of our participants receive financial aid and running shoes. Your gift will ensure that EVERY girl that wishes to participate can do so regardless of her families' financial status. For more information please go to our website.
