GOTR MOCO x Urban Boxing

Join Girls on the Run of Montgomery County’s Advisory Council & Urban Boxing for the second class of our Summer Sweat Series. Let's sweat for a great cause! Urban Boxing combines high energy fitness and self defense in a fun yet encouraging environment.

Boxing gloves are provided. Hand wraps can be brought from home or are sold for $10 on-site.

Every participant will be entered into a raffle to win one of two Urban Boxing t-shirts!

The Summer Sweat Series is open to everyone age 18 and older. We welcome both beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts.

Please consider making a donation as well! Approximately 30% of our participants receive financial aid and running shoes. Your gift will ensure that EVERY girl that wishes to participate can do so regardless of her families' financial status. For more information please go to our website.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Girls on the Run Montgomery County, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.
