required to be proactive in setting the culture and practices that will protect their people. This workshop will explore the board’s role in creating the culture, developing the

policies, assessing the risks and monitoring the health and safety of their staff, volunteers and clients.

Much of Carol’s work involves asking useful and sometimes challenging questions to stretch thinking and enable individuals and teams to understand their current position and future growth plans.

With her governance, management and financial experience, and her ability to work with all levels of an organisation, she is ideally placed to understand the overall impact of change in an organisation.
