The difference between governance and management:
Governance is an important role in any organisation with clear responsibilities. And yet the
most common question asked, is what the difference between governance and
management is and how do we add value without upsetting our manager by attempting to
do their role instead. Join us to discover what are the key roles of the board and how to
keep out of management.
The strategic leadership role of the Board and the importance of a strategic plan:
This workshop explores the strategic leadership role of committees and boards. Discover
what the board should talk about in their strategic role and how to lead your organisation to
be forward focused and proactive with a clear strategy not just putting out the bush fires as
they erupt.
