Riverside Walk - Volunteer Clean Up Day
Event description
Join us for a day of volunteer work in nature in Parramatta Park.Â
After the light rail development and several years being closed off, the Riverside Walk has become overgrown and we hope to recruit the local community to clear and open it up. Â
Help us with weed removal to get rid of the many species of invasive plants growing on the riverbank and open up the walkway.Â
Meet other interested and engaged local people and sign up to our volunteers mailing list to receive information about ongoing opportunities.
When: Sunday, 24 November 2024Â
Time:Â 9-12pmÂ
Where: Wistaria Garden (bridge)Â
