Are you an active older woman who feels we should live life to the full enjoying the rights and privileges we deserve and advocating for the rights of every older woman?  Would you like to enjoy a range of stimulating activities that stretch both your body and your brain?  Do you enjoy the company of others with lively discussion and companionship?
