Goyder gardens is an event for garden lovers who enjoy seeing what inventive home gardeners can create and share. Set in South Australia's Mid North, it's a beautiful weekend away during spring before our long hot summers.

Tickets this year have an all inclusive fee, book yours soon and accommodation which is always at a premium. If you haven't been before, you may wish to do some research into the many historical attractions the region has to offer. Country areas tend to be independant in their lifestyle, gardening is a favoured pastime along with the arts.

This year we'll have a different speaker, Mark Barnett, a garden designer and advocate of climate compatible gardening choosing the right plants. He has created a beutiful garden in Appila where it survives long hot summers and cold winters. He will speak on Saturday afternoon, so don't miss a chance to ask questions.

Emma will guide participants through simple exercises so that you can begin recording the beauty within your garden and beyond.
