Goyder Youth Activity Group - Burra - Intro to D&D

If you wish to join this session you MUST sign up for a free ticket. If no tickets have been claimed by the 19th of October at 12pm the event will not be run.

Are you interested in trying Dungeons and Dragons, but don't know where to begin or need someone to play with?

Come to our free Goyder Youth Activity Group event: Intro to Dungeons and Dragons.

This session is designed for young people from ages 12 - 18 years old. Parents/caregivers are welcome to stay if they wish. Young people wishing to join will need basic reading, writing and maths skills, however we will provide assistance when possible. 

You don't need to bring anything except a sense of adventure. We will provide everything needed to play a game of D&D, including pre-generated characters, dice for the afternoon and the all-important snacks!

The session will be limited to 5 players per session to make sure it is manageable for the facilitators and players. 

The session will include: 

• Quick housekeeping and session etiquette guide 
• Run through of characters and how they work
• Snack break! 
• A short game of D&D to test your character out.
