Join us for another morning created especially for women — a chance to move, connect, slow down and enjoy a little time for yourself.

We’ll start at 9:00 AM sharp with a Pilates class, followed by a relaxed morning of conversation, connection and self-care.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time to find parking, settle in and get your spot ready without rushing. The train station is just 3 minutes walk from the event location.
