Join us for brunch at Mini Me Mango as we come together with other mums to talk honestly about mum guilt and learn some simple ways to be kinder to ourselves. The Centre for Positive Psychology are providing this session for us free of charge just for Social Mums Club Mums.

Join us for brunch, this amazing session and connection with other lovely local Mums. Children are welcome but if you'd like some time to just focus on yourself that is very much encouraged. Because the compassion we give so freely to everyone else deserves to come back to us too.
