A 2-day workshop that teaches tweens and teens healthy, happy and motivational habits!

For 2 days, we focus on building motivation by equipping young people with positive routines and tools that lead to a happy, healthy, and self-confident life.

This is something Eddie (The Director) wishes she had when she was a young person herself. The programs are designed in a creative way and each tween or teen will leave with a multitude of knowledge, rituals, and packages to help set themselves up for success.

Routines students will establish:

- Motivational morning routine
- Set of fully developed core values
- A set of co-constructed powerful goals
- Healthy daily habits

Learning Outcomes:

- Students will feel proud of who they are and learn to embrace their unique qualities
- Students will learn about goal setting, resilience building, and using a growth-mindset
- Students learn about being a leader, positive friendships, kindness, and toxic talk
- Students will learn how to take an active role in their well-being as well as a range of practical habits to install
- Students will learn about the developmental process of their brain and how to look after it
- Students will leave with a range of positive and healthy daily routines and rituals

About Edwina (the mentor):

Edwina is a primary school teacher who has a passion for positive self-development. Her experience, enthusiasm, and creativity help teenagers appreciate themselves in a trusting, supportive, and powerful environment. Her workshops provide adolescents with the routines and tools they need to lead a happy, healthy and self-confident life.

Her experience as a teacher has made her very aware of the need for wellness, leadership, and motivational workshops in the community and in schools. Eddie is a trained Youth Mentor through Shinefromwithin, holds a Bachelor of Early-Childhood and Primary Education, and holds a certificate in the Masterclasses of Steiner Education.

Food: morning tea and lunch are provided (delicious and nutritious)

Date: 18th -19th of September (Saturday and Sunday)

Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (both days). Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the arrival time as we have lots of fun, engaging and exciting things to get through!

What to bring: nothing! except for your beautiful selves (everything else is provided)

Cost: $200 for the 2 days!

What's included: morning tea, lunch, yoga session, craft resources for students to create their own personalized core values, morning routine, goals, and lots of life-changing advice!
