Gradients: Art Hive

Times: 11am - 5pm

Dates: 19 to 23 August 2025

Drop in, get creative, and make something of your own at Gradient: Art Hive, a hands-on workshop series running daily during MUDfest, from 11am to 5pm, 19 to 23 August 2025.

Hosted in the Arts Lab, UMSU’s creative workshop space, Gradient invites students to explore printmaking, painting and drawing in a relaxed, social setting. Design your own lino print, decorate a tote bag or experiment with polaroid photo frames and other new materials. Contribute to a collaborative public art installation and watch it grow throughout the week—no experience necessary, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

All materials are provided. Spots are limited, so be sure to reserve a place or come by early to join the fun.
