Shiraz. Synonymous with Australia, this is our flagship varietal so on this night we're going to tasting Shiraz/Syrah from all over Australia and the world to really see the range and capabilities of this varietal.

Here at United Cellars we want to share with you the experience of tasting and exploring some of what this classic varietal has to offer. During this evening, you’ll be savouring some of the finest examples of Shiraz/Syrah from the original French style to the now quintessential Australian classic.

This will be a seated event hosted at the Four Seasons hotel in Sydney, the presenters will be coming to you providing a first-rate experience and ensuring that you try each and every wine available. The Four Seasons will be taking care of us with scrumptious small plates to accompany these fine wines! With over 25 wines on pour, we’re sure you’ll find your new favourite Shiraz.
