As a mother-daughter-led team, Sweet Peas offers care rooted in both lived experience and professional guidance.

Autumn Bessire Tattenham is a trauma-informed, certified birth and postpartum doula, an INA (International Nanny Association) credentialed newborn care specialist (NCS), a certified lactation counselor (CLC), and an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor. She has decades of experience in perinatal care. She is exceptionally skilled at guiding first-time parents through pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and the earliest phase of their babies' lives.

Ella Quenga is a birth, postpartum, and infant care doula, a sibling doula, and an early intervention specialist who believes informative support is the best way to help parents build confidence right at the start of parenthood. As a new mom herself, she brings real-world insight into her professional work.
