   • Creating an action plan.
   • Accessing fundraising tools (Raisely, Canva, Mailchimp).
2. Growing Income from Grants & Foundations
   • Search tools for grants and foundations.
   • Planning spreadsheets for tracking applications and outcomes.
   • Developing a compelling case for support.
   • Establishing systems and processes for managing grants.
   • Accountability reporting and compliance.
3. The Importance of Showing Your Impact
   • The 3Ps framework:
     • Proof: Personal stories and behind-the-scenes content.
     • Progress: Tracking progress towards goals.
     • Performance: Demonstrating overall impact.
