Grassroots Grants - Planning & Design Information Session

Date: Thursday 27 March 2025

Time: 

• 5.30 - 6.30pm Hands-on session - come with photos (on your device is fine!), sketches of your outdoor space
• 6.30 - 7.00pm Q & A/wrap up

By the end of this session, you will be confident in starting a design plan for your outdoor space - a great component for a successful application

• Creating a site plan - planning your green space
• Location considerations/what you will use the space for
• Site preparation, planting & ongoing maintenance - keeping it alive!
• Utilising others knowledge - what to plant & where & other decisions
• An overview will be available online for those that can’t attend in person.
