Event description

Explore the forest in deep autumn stillness and express gratitude with a forest bathing walk and gentle ritual.

What To Expect

On this forest bathing walk, we will explore the forest and embrace the end of the autumn season, then partake in a lovely ritual to offer our thanks to the land.

These walks are slow-paced and generally cover less than a mile of trail. During this time the guide, in partnership with the natural space, will offer an evolving series of invitations crafted to help participants slow down and open their senses. This mindfulness opens the heart and allows us to be fully present.
