Gratitude & Reflection Sound Bath Experience

Dear Community,

Join us for an evening of deep healing and renewal at our Gratitude & Reflection Sound Bath Experience.

As we embrace the season of gratitude, this session is designed to help you reflect on the past year, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate a deep sense of thankfulness. Through the soothing vibrations of sound, we will journey inward, finding balance and peace in the present moment.

As part of this experience, each guest will receive a beautiful gratitude journal to capture reflections and insights.

Date: Thursday, November 7th
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Note the new time due to the fall back time change)
Location: Horchateria RL Studio: 15950 Paramount Blvd., Paramount, CA

RSVP: Admission is free to all participants. To secure your spot, please RSVP – space is limited.

Donation: While our sessions are free to attend, donations are deeply appreciated and help sustain these community gatherings. A suggested donation of $20-$30 ensures that we can continue to offer these enriching experiences to all who seek them. Donations are accepted the day of event or via our RSVP link.

What to Expect:

• Affirmation Cards: Start with positive affirmations to set the tone for your self-care journey.
• Intention Setting: Establish a personal intention to guide your experience.
• Guided Meditation: A soothing guided meditation focused on gratitude & reflection.
• Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and a variety of other instruments.
• Reflection & Closing: Conclude with a reflective session to internalize your experience.
• Connection with like-minded individuals in a supportive community setting

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Small pillows or bolster for added comfort
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle with lid
• Open mind

Spaces are limited, so please reserve your spot early.

There is plenty of free parking on site.

Session will begin promptly at 6:30pm to honor everyone's time, doors open at 6pm, arrive early to settle in.
