Gratitude & Vision: A Reflective Sound Bath Journey

Join us on Tuesday, January 7th, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM for a special sound bath session to set the tone for 2025. This unique experience will guide you through a journey of gratitude for the past year and empower you to set inspiring intentions for the new one.

What to Expect:

Pre-Activity: Reflect on the moments, people, and growth you’re grateful for with guided prompts.
Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in nurturing, softer tones from gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes to inspire calm, gratitude, and forward-thinking.
Post-Activity: A guided visualization to help you align with your goals and vision for the new year.

Takeaway Gifts:

Each participant will receive a mini amethyst crystal for clarity and a curated reflection & vision-setting handout to use during the session and continue your journey at home.

A suggested donation of $20-$30 ensures that we can continue to offer these enriching experiences to all who seek them. Donations are accepted the day of event or via our RSVP link.

Please Note:

There is plenty of free parking on site.

Session will begin promptly at 6:30pm to honor everyone's time, doors open at 6pm, arrive early to settle in.
