Gratitude is Good: Creative Workshop
Description
Take a pause from study, meet new people, and get crafty at our Gratitude is Good: Creative Workshop — a friendly, hands-on session designed by international students, especially for international students.
Together we’ll explore what gratitude means, share simple ways to notice the good things in everyday life, and create something meaningful to take home.
Whether you love getting crafty or just want to try something new, this workshop is a relaxed space to unwind, connect, and express yourself. You might create a gratitude origami box or a gratitude tree, design a colourful poster, or join a fun discussion about the people, places, and moments you appreciate.
What to expect:
A short and welcoming conversation about gratitude and wellbeing
Creative art and craft activities you can enjoy at your own pace
A chance to meet other international students in a friendly environment
Something personal and positive to take home with you
Come on your own or bring a friend, and leave with a little more colour, connection, and gratitude in your day. We can’t wait to see you!
This session is delivered by the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP).
