Event description

Enjoy a nurturing evening deepening our relationships through creative expression honoring nature, perspective, and presence.

You are invited to join the Gratitude Nature Mandalas workshop as part of Karen Hopkins' Symbioscenes Art Exhibition.

WORKSHOP DETAILS

Artist Karen Hopkins and Ecopsychologist Deb Punton take you on a journey to explore nature, art, and connection with our natural world and each other using Eco-Art methods.

Mandala comes from the Sanskrit word ‘circle’. Throughout history mandalas have been used in different cultures to represent a spiritual connection with the universe. Usually round with intricate symmetrical patterns and shapes, mandalas re-establish and strengthen relationships within the natural world and ourselves. Gratitude is a key component of our perspective of our happiness. It is a reflective inner sense which when practiced has the power to transition thought processes, strengthen our emotional intelligence, relationships and increase our sense of well-being.
