Investing in Supply Chain Resilience: Does It Stack Up?

Presenter - Royce Pitchford, Pinion Advisory

Will your investment build resilience—or tie up capital?

Recent disruptions have prompted many growers to rethink how they manage input supply, pricing and business risk. But does investing in additional storage and infrastructure deliver enough value to justify the cost?

From fertiliser sheds and chemical storage to increased on-farm capacity, many businesses are considering new infrastructure to reduce their exposure to supply chain risks. But when does the investment stack up?

Join Royce as he explores practical ways to evaluate major capital decisions, weighing the benefits of improved resilience against return on investment and opportunity cost.

If you're asking, "Where should we invest next?", this session will provide a practical framework for making that decision.
