GREASE is an art show exploring connections to the sticky, the icky, the oily, and the dirty, through performance, sound, and art.

Responding to greasy materialities as well as diverse aesthetic tropes, GREASE plays with slippage between style and stereotype, platforming experimental arts practice and lubricating even the tightest screw.

substance is a curatorial project based between Muloobinba (AUS) and Paris (FRA) and cooked up by Belle Beasley and Henry Dooner. In 2023, substance debuted CAKE, bringing together artists from across performance, sound, and art to explore the world of the sickly-sweet and sugar coated. In 2024, with the support of The Lock Up, substance pivots to the underworld of the unsavoury and untoward with GREASE.
