And two marvelous Guest Vocalists! This concert is FREE and open to the public! This tremendous orchestra is made up of 37 top studio/jazz musicians dedicated to the Preservation, Promotion and Performance of the iconic music of our Great American Songbook... music recorded by Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Dean Martin, Peggy Lee, all the greats... songs written by master tunesmiths Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, the Gershwin Brothers, Jerome Kern, etc. ... classic movie themes by Henry Mancini, Elmer Bernstein, John Williams, Bill Conti, etc. ... Big Band Swing hits by Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Tommy Dorsey, and yes! Patriotic songs as well!
