Event description

Join us in conversation with strategic transformation leader Adam Bennett, as he shares insights from his book, Great Change: The WAY to Get Big Strategy Done at UTS Business School on Thursday 21 September.

How can organisations successfully translate large-scale, transformational ideas into reality? Learn how you can ignite change and build momentum across your organisation and transform how your organisation does business.

Adam will be in conversation with Jana Kotatko, Chief Executive Officer of Belong, as they discuss how and why organisational change can often fail to deliver on promised benefits, and share tools, techniques and methodologies to help leaders deliver successful results to foster positive economic and social change, even in the most challenging times.

With several decades at the intersection of digital disruption and technological change as a CEO, CIO, digital executive and management consultant, Adam has led and advised on some of Australia's largest strategic and technology transformation projects across a range of sectors, including for NAB, Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) and NSW Land Registry Services.

Canapés and champagne will also be served during the event.
