As the West Coast prepares for an influx of visitors for The Unconformity (16–19 October 2025), local businesses and community members are invited to a special Great Community Experience (GCE) Program session designed to strengthen service delivery and build the regional brand.

Delivered by Hospitality Tasmania (formerly THA) in partnership with West by North West, this practical workshop supports West Coast operators in creating outstanding visitor experiences that reflect and reinforce the West Coast tourism brand.

The Unconformity is a biennial festival held every two years in October, bringing thousands of visitors and national attention to the region. With the 2025 program launching on 22 August, now is the time to prepare your business, venue, or service to maximise impact during this peak visitation period.
