Great KIDS Make Great COMMUNITIES is pleased to offer Continuing Education Units for LSW, LCSW, LMHC and LMFT licensure, approved through Category One of the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

In order to receive hours, attendees must sign in at the CEU Desk on the “Continuing Education Hours Sign-in/out” sheet with the time they arrived at the Conference. At the end of the Conference, attendees must return to the CEU Desk and sign-out on the same sheet, indicating the time they are leaving the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own signatures, and may not sign in/out for other conference attendees. Great KIDS Make Great COMMUNITIES will not issue Continuing Education Units to attendees who do not sign in and/or out. Additionally, payment must be received for CEU’s before they can be issued.

This process has been developed in conjunction with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency’s rules and regulations for tracking licensure hours. We appreciate your assistance in this matter.

CEU’s will be distributed to participants via email after the Conference.
