Great Southern Nights, in association with The Red Rattler Theatre, presents the electrifying TYGUA, PUTRIKA & DJ عBOODY on Saturday, 5th April at 8 PM! a celebration of heritage and innovation that you won't want to miss.
TYGUA is an extraordinary fusion of Afro-Indigenous Colombian folk and modern club sounds. Experience the powerful synergy between Danny Telas, an Indigenous flautist, rapper, and drummer, and Yolanda Frost on drums, percussion, and clarinet. Together they honor their roots while pushing musical boundaries to create a vibrant soundscape that resonates with ancestral rhythms.
Joining them is Putrika—a Jakarta-born, Sydney-based singer-songwriter and electronic music producer. Her alt-soul electronica style features multi-layered vocals set against ambient soundscapes that will transport you to another world.
To keep the vibes right music will be provided by DJ عboody.
