Event description
Embark on a culinary journey with Chef Giovanni and guest chef Roger from Bistro Louis at Taylor St Quarters as he crafts a four-course degustation highlighting the exquisite local produce of the Great Southern in Western Australia.
Ticket includes four-course degustation with local produce products with pairing wine for each course.
MENU
Entrée:
Pickled Octopus
Homemade pickled Esperance octopus, potato garlic puree, cherry tomatoes, soft herbs, Patroni olive oil, fresh citrus
Calabria Squid
Stuffed squid with potato and Nduja (Calabria mild spicy pork aged sausage) glazed with a creamy black ink sauce and tomato parsley dust.
Main:
Duck Risotto
Black garlic risotto served with duck breast and Parmesan fondue.
Dessert:
Cannolo in a tartallette
White chocolate and ricotta mousse cover with a pistachio glaze topped up with dark chocolate.
