    Hear from Ben Ing, former head chef of Noma Restaurant, voted 5 times the best restaurant in the World, as well as Mike Garland, award winning Chief Winemaker of Plantagenet Wines as they take you through a journey of discovery of exquisite Great Southern food and fine wine pairings.
