Great Southern Nights: Manfredo Lament

An Immersive Evening with Manfredo Lament

Part of Great Southern Nights 2026

Get ready for a night where culinary craft meets avant-garde rhythm. As part of the NSW Great Southern Nights gig trail, Rising Sun Workshop is transforming into an experiential jazz den for one night only.

While the trail is full of music, we’re the only venue offering a fully curated sensory experience. We're hosting a night that feeds both the soul and the palate.
