Great Southern Place-based Pilot: Big Yarn in Albany
Event description
Place-based Reconciliation Pilot
We warmly extend an invitation to all Pilot stakeholders to attend our next Big Yarn to progress the Great Southern Place-based Reconciliation Pilot.
Reconciliation Australia and Reconciliation WA are working in partnership with the Great Southern community to pilot a bespoke RAP to drive reconciliation outcomes. The Place-based Pilot is a community-driven initiative to co-design, co-decide, and co-deliver upon the shared aspirations unique to the reconciliation landscape of the Great Southern. This is a significant moment for the reconciliation movement in the Great Southern region, Western Australia, and Australia-wide.
This Big Yarn is a continuation of the Pilot, bringing together the Great Southern Reconciliation Action Network as aligned stakeholders to progress into the Opportunities horizon of our journey.
On the day we will connect with the Network in:
Finalising the Place-based RAP and its supporting governance mechanisms
Sharing what we can all offer to the plan
Exploring the potential for co-delivery and partnerships
Early morning engagement
We are planning an early morning engagement on the day of the event - details will be shared closer to the time.
