Systems and processes are what make your business bigger than you - and they need constant focus to enable your business to grow seamlessly.
They are also one of the biggest pain points for many businesses and do impact an ability to scale or even just get started.
Who can say they started their business to write standard operations and process manuals or become IT?
As an experienced Online Business Manager with support experience with over 130 clients in the last 8 years in my own business, along with over 25 years in administration management roles prior, I will present to you the core systems and processes your business MUST have, and how to take the pain away from everyday business tasks with automation.
Some of the content we will cover will include:

- Five key systems we believe you should have ...
- What are you currently doing that could be automated?
- Can automation still be personal?
- Key factors to consider before upgrading/starting to systemise your business.
- How to reduce overwhelm when systemising.
- How to know when a system is missing the mark... and how to course correct.
- How to make time for systemising throughout the year.
- Our list of programs and tech we implement with our clients and use in our business (many free!)
At the end of this workshop, all attendees will be able to walk away with some practical information they can apply to their own businesses no matter what stage they are at.
All live attendees will receive a recording of the session and a copy of our Systems & Processes Assessment Audit spreadsheet. Whether you have already been active in creating your systems and processes, or are just getting started, this audit is going to support you to see where you need to focus for growth and scale as well as a practical action list.
