Event description

Women's History Month may be over for 2024, but women account for only 32% of the global renewable energy workforce. The gender gap remains particularly high in senior management, technical roles, and board positions. Join us for a conversation with three exceptional women working in the renewables industry and learn more about their unique journeys, challenges and successes. The event will be a moderated panel followed by a Q&A and an opportunity to network with the speakers.

Anmol Sajjad, Brightcore Energy

Anmol is a Director of Solar at Brightcore Energy with a focus on engineering, permitting and procurement of commercial solar projects. Anmol was born and raised in Brooklyn. She started working in solar shortly after graduating from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering in 2017. In addition to her full time work at Brightcore, Anmol works as a career coach to empower and educate the next generation of the green workforce.
