Nestled in the beautiful Hockley Valley, just north of Toronto in southern Ontario, Canada, this intimate retreat invites you to go within and remember how to receive.

With a maximum of 15 participants, we've intentionally kept this retreat intimate so you aren't a face in a crowd. You'll be known, supported and held throughout the experience.

Why Cannabis, Breath and Somatic Medicine?

Cannabis is a legal, accessible and ancient healing herb that, when combined with intention, respect and ceremony, can become a powerful psychedelic. The same is true for breathwork and somatic work. But when all three come together in a sacred setting, each amplifies the others, creating an alchemical experience that is transformational and meaningful. Unlike other psychedelic experiences, Cannabis also provides agency, meaning you get to drive.

All of our guides are professionally trained Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Guides specializing in Cannabis-Assisted Therapy & Breathwork with credentials in Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitation, Trauma-Informed Somatic Awareness, Coaching, and Psychedelic First Aid. Many of our guides are also professional Body Workers and Energy Healers (Reiki, pranic), with additional healing modalities including Bioenergetics, Kinesiology, Ecstatic Movement, and Sound Healing.
