Quibble Market will be at the Green Heart Fair on Sunday the 26th of May

Stall Holder tickets $88 for this Event 

Stall size:2mx2m perfect size to share a stall with a friend!  

This covers:

• Hire of venue (each venue differs)
• Advertisement of the event
• Set up and pack up for the day
• Public liability
• Stall space with 1 x Rack included 

RACKING INCLUDED AND TABLES NOT INCLUDED 

Racking: 1 large heavy duty  metal racking (1.5m long, 0.5m Wide) will be set up for you before your arrival, Rack fits 50 hanging clothes

Tables: you can BYO small decorate table to showcase jewellery or any smaller items 

Stall holders 

• Create your own small piece of paradise, selling your preloved treasure.
• Outdoor event, Large shading umbrella provided to keep you out of the sun
• Sell your preloved women's, men's or children's clothing and accessories. Any size/ gender or age group.
• Decorate your stall as you please within a 2x2m space, bring along rummage suitcases, buckets or containers to add to your stall space. You can also take advantage of the racks by adding shoes under the racks and hanging hats or hangbags on the end. 
• For this event unfortunately you can NOT BYO racking or large table as this would not allow room in your space for shoppers to browse. Rack provided 
• You are more than welcome to bring a camping chair for comfort.
• Share a stall with a friends, 2 People per stall
• Under 18’s are allowed but need to be with a supervising parent or guardian.
• Signs for your stall will be available to print off and sent in an email to you.
• Stall holder guide will be emailed to you with more information as we get closer to the event.
• Example of Payment from shoppers: PayID, Bank Transfer or Cash (Float of $100 for change recommended)
• No refund- unless the event is cancelled due to bad weather.

Timeline

6:30am-7am - Vehicle access onsite for bump in (strict 30-minute window)

7am-8:30am - Bump in on foot (park at carpark 150m from the Sustainable Shopping zone - the earlier you arrive the easier it will be to find parking)

8:30am - Stall must be completely set up

9am - Event begins

3pm - Event concludes and pack down begins

3:15pm - Bump out on foot

4:00pm-4:30pm - Vehicle access onsite for bump out
