Auckland is ready to move, and the signal is green. In this rare joint appearance, Mayor Wayne Brown and Deputy Mayor Desley Simpson will share their united vision for a thriving, connected, and prosperous city, and the critical role property investors can play in making it happen.
‌
Moderated by prolific developer Sang Cho, the conversation will be candid, forward-looking, and focused on real solutions. Expect an inside look at:

The bold priorities shaping Auckland’s next chapter, from housing supply to infrastructure investment
How Council and property investors can work together to unlock growth and economic opportunity
The balance between development, livability, and long-term resilience
The decisions, partnerships, and actions that will define Auckland’s future
‌
Forget politics-as-usual, it’s a frank discussion with the city’s top leaders about the challenges ahead, the opportunities within reach, and the practical steps we can take now to build the Auckland we all want to live in.
‌
Why this matters now
With this year’s local body election fast approaching, your vote will directly shape Auckland’s priorities for years to come. This event is your opportunity to hear first-hand from those currently steering the ship — helping you make an informed decision when you head to the ballot box. The city’s direction is determined by those who show up, so make sure your voice is counted.
