We’re throwing out all the stops for this one!
One of favorite distilleries, recently resurrected by our friends at Bardstown, Green River will be launching another powerhouse bottle in the next few weeks; we want to give them the welcome party they deserve.
Included this event will be:
A Green River flight and whiskey sensory experience
- one pour each: Green River Bourbon, Wheated Bourbon, and Rye as well as a sensory pairing to highlight the tasting notes. This might be vanilla, stone fruits, leather, or anything in between.
A cocktail flight pairing.
- whiskey straight is never a bad thing, but we want to show you how well these whiskies can carry their weight in a cocktail too! So, each whiskey in your whiskey flight will also be paired with a custom Alibi cocktail.
- One of them will be a barrel aged boulevardier that we started 6 months ago in anticipation of this event!
And of course, a whiskey tasting at Alibi wouldn’t be the same without a little charcuterie.
In house to lead the event we will be hosting some Bardstown and Green River big wigs to share all of the bourbon trivia and epic anecdotes. Trey Watson, National Bardstown Sales Manager will be one of those big wigs.
