A couple of things to note

As the retreat schedule is quite tight it may be a good idea to prepare food for lunches before the retreat commences to allow adequate time to heat your food and eat in the lunch breaks. *Please note that you should avoid ‘black foods’ (meat, fish, eggs, onions, garlic and radishes)

Although some of you will be participating in the retreat from your home it is still encouraged to follow traditional retreat guidelines such as remaining in silence as much as possible, not engaging in activities such as work or other domestic duties, refrain from phones, social media, news, tv and non-retreat related books or media.

It is also encouraged to take a few short walks outdoors during the breaks to stretch your legs get some fresh air.

If you attending in-person please arrive at least 15 minutes before the first session and don’t forget to bring your own lunch.

Making a Donation

Vajrayana Institute is able to stream this retreat thanks to the generosity and kindness of previous students and members. Donations are appreciated and will enable us to offer more amazing teachings like these in the future.

Suggested donation $175 for the full retreat or $50 per day, but no set amount
